We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund for purchases made on Riveon.gg.
2. Full Refund Until the Knockout Stage
We offer a full refund on all Pro plan purchases until the knockout stage of the relevant tournament begins. For FIFA World Cup 2026, this means refund requests submitted before the first Round of 32 match kicks off will be honoured in full. Once the knockout round starts, refunds are no longer available.
Each tournament is paid for separately, and the refund window applies to that specific tournament — it is not tied to a fixed number of days from purchase.
3. How to Request a Refund

4. Refund Processing
Card payments are processed through Paddle, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method through Paddle as well. Depending on your bank, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. For crypto payments, refunds are issued in the same cryptocurrency to the wallet address used for the original transaction.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original transaction. Any currency conversion differences are subject to Paddle's and your payment provider's policies.
5. After the Knockout Stage Begins
Refund requests submitted after the knockout stage has started will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may issue partial or full refunds at our discretion in cases of documented technical issues, service unavailability, or other exceptional circumstances. Please contact our support team to discuss your situation.
6. Free Plan
The Free plan does not involve any payment, and therefore no refund is applicable.
7. Account Access After Refund
Upon processing a refund for the Pro plan, your account will be downgraded to the Free plan. You will retain access to all Free plan features. Any data or configurations created while on the Pro plan will be preserved but access to Pro-only features will be restricted.
8. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving any issues promptly and fairly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in delays and potential account restrictions.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
